Join onenote pages in html table by date

So I am using onenote to gather all correspondence, meetings and visits with clients. I have figured out how to send emails/calendar events to onenote, then use the join expression to merge all the pages in a section on to one page once a month. What I am trying to figure out is how to merge the pages into a table on that page, with a new row for each date, and placing only the corresponding items from each date into that row. So any email received/sent on 10th Oct goes to 10th Oct row and so on. Is there an expression I can write to find the date from the page body and place it in the corresponding date row in a html table? Ultimately creating a monthly page of casenotes.

Re: Join onenote pages in html table by date

Hi @Hayleyoywt,

Unfortunately, there is no expression that could extract the date form the page body, my suggestion is when a new message arrived, put the message into the page immediately every month a page instead of merging it totally.

Re: Join onenote pages in html table by date

Thank you.

If I can't get the date from the page body, would I be able to join pages which have the same title? I.e if I set up a flow that when an email is received it creates a page in onenote with the date received as the page title in the format 1st or 2nd etc. Then at the end of the month when I get all page content only those with the page title 1st get joined in the 1st table row? Is there an expression I can write for that?

Hi @Hayleyoywt,

No, it is impossible, you could only add new page into the OneNote.
