Joining Forms responses for each respondend and send email with joined lists

Dear Community

I need to solve the following problem and I don't know where to begin and what the easiest solution may be.

1) MS Forms with O365 Login where employees need to select e.g. three other employees

2) Generate an individual list for every employee with all employee names that have selected this employee in the Forms AND that the employee self has selected.

3) send this list to this employee via email

Example:

Employee A fills out the form and selects employee G, C and D.

Employee B fills out the form and selects employee A, E and F.

Employee C fills out the form and selects employee A, B and G.

Now Employee A should receive an email with the names of the employees that he has selected in his form (G, C and D) and the names of employees that have selected him (B and C).

Final List for employee A = G, C, D, B

Final List for employee B = A, E, F, C

Final List for employee C = A, B, G

This will be done at live events with over 100 employees where after the time to complete the form is over, every employee should receive an email with the names of other employees that have mentioned him.

What I would do is loading the Forms responses to a PowerBI Dataset and somehow join these lists but I have never done this in Flow.

Any suggestions? Is it even possible with Flow?

Any help very appreciated.

Thanks a lot!

Re: Joining Forms responses for each respondend and send email with joined lists

Hi @goashu ,

There is no any way to loading the Forms responses to a PowerBI Dataset in microsoft flow currently.

Could you please share more details about the sharepoint lists?

And how to understand the "

Final List for employee A = G, C, D, B

Final List for employee B = A, E, F, C

Final List for employee C = A, B, G

" that you mentioned?

Best regards,

Alice
