Hi all,
I want to upload a file from OneDrive to Kaizala, so I am using the action "Upload Media from URL". Therefore I created a shared Link for anonymous access for a specific OneDrive File. But Error messages gives me the Feedback, that the file does not exist ...
Has someone any idea?
Best Regards,
Eric

Hi,
thx for your test and hints.
i tried using a public URL from the internet and i could upload an image and post to an group.
But it is just not working with OneDrive Files, as the sharing link does not work and the absolute URL to an OneDrive, that is shared anonymous, requires an log in .... so file is not found by the media upload.
"Trying to go to Kaizala to find the reason code for the error"
What do you mean by that ... I can not find any log / error messages within the mobile app nor within the Kaizala Management portal.
It seems that it is not possible to upload an image / file from OneDrive to Kaizala with the upload media from url action.
Use upload media from attachement instead view https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Sending-OneDrive-attachment-to-a-kaizala-Group-wi...
Best regards,

Hello,
When I tested on my side, I found that the generated URL is directly accessible to the browser. I wonder if Kaizala does not recognize the url.
Trying to go to Kaizala to find the reason code for the error, and no relevant instructions, is really confusing.
I can only think that the link generated by Create share link is not the URL need here.
What progress have you made now?
