Links are no longer working in Approval Emails.



Not sure what happened, but it seems that the links in the approval email are not opening to the item page, nor do they respond when I hover over them with my cursor. 


I have tried the following methods to resolve but none seem to work.

1. Recreating the flow.

2. Using the following expression:  replace(body('Get_item')?['{Link}'],' ','%20')

3. Using the Link to Item Tag

4. Using the item url with the ID Tag: ( ID])

Could you share a screenshot on your flow?

Are you using dynamic content “Link to item” for the Item link field?

I have made the following test in which the link to the item could be clickable and it is working fine.


Please share more details to help reproduce this issue.
