Logic App trigger Microsoft Flow and viceversa

I want to call a Microsoft Flow from Logic apps, and do the same but from Microsoft Flow.

Any idea to do this? I have to create a connector for that? or maybe i have to make a HTTP triggered to be called?

There are no connectors from Flow to call Logic Apps and vice versa. The best option is HTTP triggered call to invoke the service.
