Looking for modified data and then sending an email

I have a simple SharePoint 2010 Workflow that I'm trying to reproduce with PowerAutomate.  Here is the Workflow.

I can monitor the list for the field to change to "Yes" and send the email and then change the field back "No" but then the flow runs again and sends a 2nd email.

Here is the PowerAutomate Steps I have so far:

I am not a developer by trade so any help is appreciated.

This is the reason flow is sending emails again because update action updates your list which flow considered as modified item.

To Over come with this-

1. enable versioning in SharePoint List

2. Create a multitext column-'StopRun' with plain text and append setting.

3. Go to your Trigger setting and add following  Trigger condition- (@equals(triggerBody()?['StopRun'],null))

4. in Update Action- See column name StopRun and add this text-NoRun

@camertens

are you using 'When item is created or modified' trigger with update Action? Pls share your flow screens.

Thanks

@Hardesh15 I've edited the original post to add a screenshot of the Flow I have thus far.

and yes, I'm using the "When item is created or modified"
