We are using Parserr and are parsing incoming emails, where the values we need present themselves as strings. We are creating new leads in Dynamics CRM using these parsed emails.
We need to use the incoming value, eg "John Smith", to lookup the corresponding value in Dynamics CRM which has the corresponding value "John Smith"
However we are unable to set this value in Dynamics CRM using Flow as its an optionset field.
How do we set this optionset field?
Could you try to use Switch case on your side to see if it will meet your needs?

If the incoming value is equal to “Jhon Smith”, do an action. If the incoming value is equal to another value, do another action.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it just won't work. We have lots of optionset fields. Taht would be endless switch statements.
Is there no way we can do a lookup using some sort of Get Field by Value in CRM? Surely this has been done before?
