Luis could not parse prediction object

I am trying to parse keywords from an email using LUIS, but when I try to run the flow I get the below error

 Status code 400

"message""Could not parse LUIS prediction object"

The error description in the LUIS documentaion states that "This error can be returned if the request's parameters are incorrect meaning the required parameters are missing, malformed, or too large." I checked all the parameters and they seem fine also the text length is 59 which is in the scope of the 500 character limit of LUIS. Can someone help me with this?

Re: Luis could not parse prediction object

Hi @abhi4892,

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow’s configuration?

Further, could you please show a bit more about the error message?

I have made a test on my side and the flow works well. Please take a try with the following workaround:10.JPG

The flow works successfully as below:11.JPG

Please check if you have filled proper value in “Get prediction” action and "Get entity by type" action.

In addition, please check and see if the following article would help in your scenario:

More details about the LUIS connector, please check the following document:

Note: You can upload a pbix file to Onedrive or any web storage and share the link. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.

Re: Luis could not parse prediction object

Hi @v-xida-msft,

Adding the GetPrediction flow helped me in executing the flow successfully. I have a new problem where, I think, the GetEntity task is not able to read the input form the prediction. I added a create sharepoint item task where the entity would be stored in a text file and the file created is blank. Below are the screenshots of my flow.

Thanks for the help,
