Still not sure of the Do Until loop.
I have an approval flow which is approved via a site and updated to the list.
I want to get the data approved as soon as possible with minimal delay.
What is the best way to do it?
The approval may take more than 30days.
For now I have given a delay of 10Mins which makes delay in the quick process.
Most of the times the approvers approve it within seconds but the requester still has to wait for 10mins because of the delay which is very frustrating.
Hi @sudharsan1985 ,
In the example which you shared if i use send email with options, and the approver approves from the site which i designed to approve requests, then the flow will only wait for the email response. i dont want the flow to wait only for the email response but i want the flow to check the tasklist to see if the item was approved(approved either by email response or from the site).
Then I think you need to add some additional actions inside the Do Until to check for the approval from the site.
Also, can you please elaborate more on site?
I have a simple form designed to approve any requests, so if the approver approves the specific requests from the form then it updates the that item in the tasklist as approved.
Even the approver gets the mail to approve with adaptive card, if he approves from mail the same tasklist is updated for that specific item in the tasklist.
Now the flow has to wait until the tasklist is updated(either from mail or approval form). For this i need the solution, to loop through and wait until the tasklist is updated with minimal delay and with maximum timeout.
