MS Flow - Send mail when Forms has a specific number of responses

have the same request as mentioned below.

and followed the following steps

and added event using this so it save in particpants calendar

It is not doing its first step. after 10 it should send diff message .but it just send email "You are on the list" even though number or particpant above 10. when i changed to "greater than or equal to" it only send "you are on waitlist"

Hi @SIqbal_2019 ,

As I said, the 'Response Id' will increase 1,when a new response is submited.

From the pic we can see, you have tested with the 'Resgistration 2019' form more than 10 times.

So the ‘Response Id’ is more than 10.

When you set the condition as Response Id is greater than or equal to 3, the flow will always go to 'If yes' step.

You can add a Compose action in the flow, to check the value of 'Response Id'.

If you want the 'Response Id' start from 1, you need create a new forms.

Try adding the condition after the Apply to Each loop in a new step. So the Apply to Each should contain the Get Response Details and Compose. If that doesn't work, try moving the compose action outside of the Apply to Each as well.

Hi @SIqbal_2019 ,

When a new response is submitted, the Response Id will increase 1.

So if you set the condition as Response Id is equal to 10, only the tenth response will go to the 'If yes' step, the other response will go to 'If no' step.

If you set the condition as Response Id is greater than or equal to 10, the 1-9 response will go to the 'If no' step, 

the other response will go to 'If yes' step.

So please make clear of your scenario, when you set the condition.

@v-zhos-msft  I had tried chaging to greather than or equal to 10 but it didnt help me.

As you said, you have set the condition as Response Id is greater than or equal to 10.

And you have submitted the response over 10 times, so when you trigger the flow, it will always go to the 'if yes' step with the email "you are on waiting list".

I was confused about your scenario.

When do you want to get the "you are on waiting list" email, and when do you want to get the "You are on the list" email?

If we have 10 seats for a training, when its more than or equal to 10, it should send email to respective "You are on wait list"..if its less than 10, it should send "You are on the list or have been selected"

I have tried again with very basic flow but keep getting same message or both at the same time.
