2)repeat same for other 2 excel files.

These excel files i can out it into Sharepoint / Onedrive. and every week new excel file will be added and this files data needs to get extracted into a combined excel sheet

Hi @maheshkhisteLiv,

Please save your excel files in your onedrive.

I have made a test on my side to create excel a,excel b,excel c with UPN column as below:

1.PNG2.PNG3.PNG

The rows in the excel a,excel b,excel c would be created in the excel new.

The excel new as below:

1.PNG

Please refer to screenshot below to create the flow:

1.PNGCapture.PNG

The flow would run successfully as below:

The rows would be created in the excel new as below:

Best regards,

Alice

Is there an easier way to do this if I have 250 spreadsheets?

with desktop PA you can set each sheet as active (by index) looping through sheets, and then read data from that active sheet into a datatable and append it to master Excel. desktop app doesn't require to have data formatted as Tables
