Hello,
I want to know if it is possible to automatically save MS Forms responses to the Files tab on a MS Teams channel.
I already use Flow to post a message in my Teams channel with Form responses, but I was hoping the Form with each response that comes in to be automatically saved on the Files tab of teams for easy referencing.
Please let me know if this is possible and if so, how it can be done. It would be a great help! Thanks!
Hi @Tpat
What format did you want the file in?
You could save the file to the Sharepoint site that sits behind Teams, which would then appear in the files tab in Teams
You could also then Post a message to the team channel and with a link to the file
Hi @Tpat,
Yes, it is possible to store these MS Form Response into a file. After When a new response is submitted trigger create Get Response details action to get result of Answers. Then you can use the result to create Excel file or other files.

@Gareth1 Thank you for your reply. I would ideally like this in PDF but from what I recall, I may need to pay for a subscription to convert it. But if I can save it as a Word Doc too, that would do. After 'Get Response Details,' what would be the flow to get it saved as a Word Doc, and then to the Files tab in Teams?
@v-litu-msftThanks for the reply. I would ideally want a step to convert to a Word doc or PDF (if it is free) to then save into the Files team tab. What would be the step to connect SharePoint so that I can save a docx or pdf into the files tab in Teams?
Thanks.
