MS Forms Multiple Choice to SharePoint List - Create a new Item per selection

Hello again my favourite community!

I am creating a Form that is designed to output to a SharePoint list, at the moment looks like:

When a new response is submitted -> Get response details -> Create item.

Works great... but, the output for multiple select from the form sucks. So I tried fixing it, but the one user guide I could find was incorrect. Then I asked, should this be a line per selection? The answer was yes.

So, how do I split the Get response details so that it creates a new item for every response?

I'm still fairly new to Power Apps, so I'm sure it's easy, I'm just inexperienced...

Because the result for the second Choice question in the form is single selection only, I just need to call up a standard response detail in the dynamic content window to put in the Create Item statement. The Select statement was not required for the second Choice question because the Form is not set to except multiple selections.  

I assume when the Form is set to allow multiple selections and you only choose one selection the result will be: result; with a semi colon, whereas when you do not allow multiple selections in the Form, the output result will be: result with no semi colon. (With verify this tomorrow)
