Hello @JohnJCPS

You can add a condition in one of the flows, to check if it is morning,

If it is morning terminate the flow, using the Terminate Action

You can check if it is morning by using the response time from Forms dynamic content

Hi @JohnJCPS ,

Do you mean that another flow is not triggered?

Regarding triggering flow in the morning and evening, you could use trigger conditions to make the flow to be triggered in the specified time period.
