Maintaining SharePoint Calendars

When a new item is added to SharePoint calendar in a subsite, we would like to copy that item to a master calendar at the top level of the site collection and then if the originial is edited or deleted, update the master calendar. This would need to be available for many calendars in many subsites. What is the recommended method for correlating the items in the subsite calendars with the top level calendar so that they can be kept in sync?

Hi DLGross,

Could you try to create a flow to create an item when a new item is created looks like below?

Please try to enter the SubSite URL in the Trigger and enter the TopSite URL in the “Create item” action, then enter your Calendar list name manually.

Please try it on your side and let me know if it works for you.

That part works fine, but it does not help me figure out how to Update the desired item
