Manager Approval For Leave

Hi,

I have created an approval flow which i have shared with my staff for leave request. The flow is triggered from a button where the user enters there dates for leave, it request approval, sends an email and adds an out of office to there emails.

It all works but the final action setup automatic replies fails every time with the following error:-

{
"status": 400,
"message": "The scheduled duration for sending automatic replies isn't valid.\r\nclientRequestId: 0ac7f645-59d5-4d46-8984-808034b6ba42\r\nserviceRequestId: c490a3cb-4805-4b59-82e9-62863a535cd1",
"source": "office365-uks.logic-ase-uksouth.p.azurewebsites.net"
}

If i use the flow it works perfect. Can anyone see what is wrong?

Regards,
Chris

@Barber_Chris

It appears as though the SetUp automatic replies action does not want the start and end time to be the same.  To work around this issue, you can add a time component to the end time - the start time will default to the beginning of the day.  See my screen shot below.  I added a comment with the expression that I used.  I used the addMinutes expression and selected the End Date from Dynamic properties.  I add 1439 minutes to the start date - this is one minute less than 24 hours.

@Barber_Chris

Can you post a screen shot from design view of the configuration of the action that failed (the last action)?

Re: Manager Approval For Leave

@Barber_Chris :

Can you post a screen shot of the Set-up Automatic replies action in design view so that I can see how you have it configured rather than from the run history.  The error is suggesting that there is an issue with how you have that action configured.
