Hi there, I hope someone can respond this silly question, sorry new in MS_Flow.

is possible to implement a flow, "Manually Trigger" that send emails to my co-workers with a question and their posssible answers, so the people can easy respond and then send an email back to me with their answers?

i.e:

1. Manually Trigger

2. input people's email

3. Question: survery is ready, are you interested in participate?

4. Possible choices : Yes I am Interested  or Not now thank you

5. Email back to me with the response.

Hi sajarac,

You may try the following flow configuration to see if it will work for you.

Not sure how do you want to enter the email address. In my case, I add a Text input in the trigger and named it as Email Address. Then when you click the button to trigger the flow, you will be asked to manually enter an email address.

Then add the “Send approval email” action, select the dynamic content Email address for the To field, then customize the Subject and User Option fields with the content you want.

After this action, use the “Send an email” action to send the feedback to you. You could enter you own email address in the To field.

That's perfect, just what I was looking for. I think someone should develop a template with more options, i.e possibility of inserting electronic addresses, pictures, links, etc.
