Mark a planner task as completed (or not) in email message

Hello,

We have set up a recurring task in Planner using Flow.

Now, we want to send an email to the user (whose task has been assigned) when the task is due to ask if it has been completed or not.

This e-mail should be similar to the one used in Approval flows, that is, the user simply clicks a Yes/No button, without ever leaving outlook. If the answer is No, a text box should open to allow for a justification.

Is there a way to acomplish this?

Thank you for helping.

Hi @WebPortal

You can use adaptive cards for outlook for this. Sample: https://www.bythedevs.com/post/multi-line-approvals-with-adaptive-cards-outlook-and-power-automate

Hope this Helps!
