Is this a working functionality for others?
I'm using Office 365 ProPlus(16.0.12527.20988). My client will not render the markdown table in the Approval task correctly. I'm using the example table given here
| Heading 1 | Heading 2 | Heading 3 | |-----------|:-----------:|-----------:| | Cell A1 | Cell A2 | Cell A3 | | Cell B1 | Cell B2 | Cell B3<br>second line of text |
This is how it looks in desktop client:

Unfortunately it seems there's a bug which has not been solved yet. Have a look at this thread: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/I-Found-A-Bug/Markdown-Table-from-Flow-Approval-Email-not-render...
Could you use HTML instead of Markdown?
In the past I have managed to create table(some what good) using https://www.tablesgenerator.com/markdown_tables#

@fchopo are you able to use HTML in the Approval action email? when I try to put HTML in the Approval task body, it just writes it out as text.
@notj Oh OK. I know that there are some limitations.
With regards to using HTML I think it is not possible, you might want to vote up the idea at https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Automate-Ideas/Approval-Email-HTML-Instead-of-Markdown/idi...
