Merging arrays

Hello all,

I am hoping that one of you can help me with this process. Here is the basic plan to what I am trying to do

1. User copes a plan from a template we are using

2. User manually triggers a flow to copy links (which are not copied) from the original plan to the new one

3. User selects the plan and then the system generates the links

I can kind of get it to work it just takes an hour. Here is my method:

1. I set up a sharepoint with the tasks and the links that we would use since there is not a way to export links

2. I use a sharepoint list to get the links and the task name

3. I then loop through all the tasks in the new plan and want to filter to see if they are on the sharepoint list. I am doing this with for until loops and it is taking a long time. I am frustrated as I would like to be able to sort arrays by an element and then be able to merge two arrays (like tables) If I could merge this would be faster and not so frustrating.

My question is does anyone know a way to merge a list as an array with another set of values that have a common field together?

Two arrays:

Array 1:

Task ID

Task Title

Array 2:

Task Title

Link 1

Link 1 Label

Link 2

Link 2 Label

Please help this seems ridicilous that there is not a way to merge data.

Re: Merging arrays

Hi @nickstrickEdav,

You can use the two methods to merge array.

Method 1: Use the select action to get the value get items, then Map the column you want to get.

Method 2: Initialize an array variable, then use the Append to array action to input the array, you can input an object, so the array will be an object array.
