Microsoft Forms Validation

Hello all,

I have a Microsoft form that is connected to a flow that is triggered when a new response is submitted. I am updating a row in my sql table based on a answer given to me by the user who submitted the form. Ex: a user gives an Order ID, How do i go about looking up that order id to see if it exists in my table here in flow. And if it does not exist  can i send a response back to Microsoft forms saying that the response did not go through ? How can i stop the forms from going through if the order id does not exist in my table ?

Thanks

@mmattar "If it does not exist  can i send a response back to Microsoft forms saying that the response did not go through ? How can i stop the forms from going through if the order id does not exist in my table ?"  You can't, there is no way to send any sort of response back to Forms, once a form is submitted that's it. You will need to add actions to your flow so that if an Order ID does not exist then an email is sent to the submitter.
