Microsoft Forms Validation

Hello all,

I have a Microsoft form that is connected to a flow that is triggered when a new response is submitted. I am updating a row in my sql table based on a answer given to me by the user who submitted the form. Ex: a user gives an Order ID, How do i go about looking up that order id to see if it exists in my table here in flow. And if it does not exist  can i send a response back to Microsoft forms saying that the response did not go through ? How can i stop the forms from going through if the order id does not exist in my table ?

Thanks

@mmattar "If it does not exist  can i send a response back to Microsoft forms saying that the response did not go through ? You will need to add actions to your flow so that if an Order ID does not exist then an email is sent to the submitter.
