Microsoft Shifts into Excel

Hello,

I am looking into building a flow for our Microsoft Teams Shifts schedule. I would like to build an automation, where the shifts that are approved within my team are put into a specific excel table, without me doing it by hand obviously.

Is that something that is even possible in Power Automation?

Any help would be appreciated highly!

Best,
Luca

Yes, its possible.  Here is a brief outline of the steps

1) Use the When a Shift is created, updated or deleted trigger to start the flow

2) Assuming you can't do a trigger condition to only fire when approved, use a condition to check whether the shift is approved.

3) Use the Add a row action to add the pertinent information to the Excel file.
