Microsoft Teams and Planner for Reoccurring tasks

Hi there,

I run a real estate company and want to be able to use Planner within Microsoft Teams to manage lots of reoccurring tasks.

When we sell a property we enter this information into a Sharepoint List which I will use to trigger the Flow.

I then want to build a sequence of tasks in different buckets within a Planner on Microsoft Teams.

My problem is that I want to use the Checklist function with a task - for example:

The Title of the Task would be the Address of the Property from my Sharpoint list and would build in a bucket called Advertising. Within this task, I would have some Checklist items which would need to be done.

Is this possible??

Regards

Ian

I agree this is a very useful feature... unfortunatelly I am afraid current Planner connector does not allow to manage Checklist.

You can vote for the following ideas to support it:

Hope this helps

Hi @LaingBennett ,

Currently, the functions provided in the Planner task connector cannot handle the requirements related to Checklist.

As @efialttes  suggested, please consider voting for similar ideas so it might be considered for future release.

Besides, you can try to use Graph API to achieve your needs, please check the online doc and see if it helps:
