Aside from the error message, everything shows it succeeded. How can I get more information about what failed?

As @ChristianAbata said, you should click the next failed button in the run history of the Apply to each. Then you need to troubleshooting the flow with the error message in the branch.

Even though it says it failed, at least some of the records worked. I noticed on another Flow using the same spreadsheet, it only shows the first 256 records. Pagination is enabled and there are several more pages.
