Modifying Flow Run-Only Users Issues - Can't Remove

Need some help, I've created a flow that modifies a particular flows run-only users, but it doesn't seem to work, I've searched and there's a few similar threads, but none of them have a resolution, I've also tried about every variation of the steps shown in the screenshot, and I cannot seem to get it to work.

What I'm trying to do is retrieve user ID's from a SharePoint list (which works already), then lookup the user, get the necessary information, and then modify the flows run-only users with the connector for Flow management.

I tested the ADD user option first, which works successfully without issue, the issue I have is REMOVING the users using the same input, it doesn't work and generates this error, which I am unable to overcome, this is what I need help with, am I doing something wrong? Is it a bug? See Below.

I was able to replicate your problem.  It appears to be some kind of bug in the code.  I'll report it and see if we can't get it fixed.
