Move a file from one library to another based on the column entries

I have a library inbox with 3 column entries. If these column entries have a specific value, the flow should move them to an archive. Despite various support from my admin colleagues, we can not get it to work. Can someone help?

Re: Move a file from one library to another based on the column entries

Hi @jtoews

Not sure I understood your requirements correctly.  You have a SharePoint list library with 3 columns. You want to move this list record to another archive SharePoint list based on the column value. Is that you looking for? Also what trigger you looking to invoke this? A schedule based run or whenever the list is modified or created then flow will look for the value and move into SharePoint archive list.

Please let me know.

Thanks

Re: Move a file from one library to another based on the column entries

Hi @jtoews

Thanks for your quick reply.

Just to clarify the requirement. So you have a SharePoint document library with 3 columns. Based on the column values you need to move the documents to another archive library.

Please let me know.

Thanks

Thanks for your reply.

What is the E-Mail_send_3 action condition? What you were expecting? Could you post a screenshot.

Thanks
