Move multiple Planner Task (with different titles) to another bucket

Hello Team,

I am trying to move several Planner tasks (messages I have synced from MessageCenter to Planner) to another bucket using Power Automate, with the condition or. Title starts with [Microsoft Teams} or Title starts with [Planner] or Title starts with [Microsoft 365 suit] or Title starts with [Viva] and so on, sometimes there are 8 titles.  Then update the task V2. No error occurs, but it only works a little bit. Some tasks are moved, some are not. Can anyone give me a hint where the error is or what I can do? I have little experience with programming. Thank you very much in advance.

Hi @G-S ,

I have made a simple test but it seems works fine on my side.

Maybe you could check the case of the string used in the Condition Action and the presence of extra spaces.

1. Here are my tasks.

2. Here is my Flow.

Hi @G-S

As @v-yujincui-msft mentioned, could you try to use "contains" instead of "starts with" in the condition?

Hope that helps!

Hi @G-S

In order to help you, you could share your workflow and provide more detail on the expected results (why some tasks are not moved).

Best,

Ferran

Hello, thank you. As you mentioned I changed the Condition. First I had to delete all tasks in Planner, then stop the synchronisation of Message Center and restart it. After that, the process works as planned.
