Moving Documents between Sites with Flow

Hello Everyone,

I have a Team site with some document libraries that contain documents that users collaborate on. Each document library has a yes/no field called "Publish?"

I have a communication site created with the intent of pushing documents to once they are set to yes in the "Publish?" field in the Team site.

Essentially, the requirements are as follows:

1) Once document in Team site is set to "yes" in the "Publish?" field, SPO creates a copy of the document in the corresponding document library in the Communication Site.

2) If document in the Team site is set to "no", Flow deletes the document from the Communication Site.

Can anyone tell me how to do this through Flow?

Hi @Anonymous ,

First, you need to make sure the library name and file name are same in the two SP site.

I have made a flow for your scenario, please check it for a reference.
