Moving an email from a shared inbox using subject keywords

Hi,

I currently have access to a shared inbox, there are 4 sub-folders which I would like to sort all emails into.

How can I move emails into each folder if I have multiple keywords that I want to use?

For example if I have Apple, Banana, Fig, Avocado, Strawberries as my keywords, how could I create this flow?

Thanks, any input would be appreciated

Hi @AmateurPower

Thank you for posting.

According to your description, you would like to move emails to different subfolders based on different keywords in subject. If any misunderstanding, please kindly let me know.

In your case, I recommend you can configure parallel conditions as below. If you have four keywords need to detect, you can create four parallel conditions in total.

Hope the content above may help you.
