Moving e-mail to folder if it has an attachment

I am trying to build a flow that takes e-mail received in my inbox with attachments and moves the entire email with the attachment to a seperate folder.

I would also settle for saving an email without an attachment to a different folder.

The point is, I am trying to seperate e-mail received in my inbox so that all e-mail with attachments are in one folder and ones without attachments are in another folder.

Is this possible?

Re: Moving e-mail to folder if it has an attachment

You could do this, but this would cause a lot of flows to run.

Also, it would be easier to do this with rules in outlook. (See below)

Re: Moving e-mail to folder if it has an attachment

The problem is I don't want to have outlook open for the rule to run.  Is there a way to have that rule run server side without outlook haveing to be open?  Not to mention I need this to save e-mails with any attachment not just a few attachments with common file types.

Hi @fortminor

Once you have created the folder in your outlook, you can build a flow as shown below:E1s.PNG

You can create server-side rules, by going to "File > Automatic Replies > Rules > Add Rule > Advanced" and make sure items with attachments is selected.  Then use the "Move To" function to specify the folder.

Like @yashag2255 said, you can easily do it in flow. But I would be concerned about having a flow run on every single email that hits my inbox.
