Moving files to designated folders through workflow

I would like to develop a workflow in which I need to dynamically move files that are flagged as approved in a Sharepoint list to designated folders that are residing in Sharepoint document library. If anyone could extend an advice, that would be great.

Hi @paanamrzz ,

I assume
1. There is a Status property in the Share Point's folder, like this:

  1. Move the file whose Status is Approve to the specified folder, like this :

Note:It is recommended to have the same column names for both folders, as in the screenshot above

I've made a test for your reference:

Set a timer so that the file can be collected once a day (Approve).

Dear paanamrzz,

It seems to me that if you try and search in the Templates section, you will find a flow which 60% fits your needs. Then you start with that flow and customize it.

Hope this helps you forward. If so, please indicate in the thread.

Happy flowing,
