Multi-Level Approval - Variable Amount of Approvers.

Hello,

I am looking at building a multi-step level approval flow in power automate using this youtube guide. The issue I am having is how to approach if some instances requires  3 approvers, the next may require 6 ? It is not always a fixed # of approver.

Can anyone recommend a good approach ?

Is using IF Condition the most ideal ? After I determine the minimum amount of approvers?

Hello @batvan276 ,

This is an out of the box approach I would say but there is something you can do about this.

1) Create a Flow A where you can determine the number of Approval levels

2) Create another Flow B which triggers "When an http request is received" and will do the job of sending Approvals

3) In Flow A, Loop number of times the Approval needs to be sent and call Flow B in the Loop. This will run the Approval n number of times.

Hope this approach helps you out. Get back to me if you are stuck anywhere.

Stuck on #1 how would I even do this if each instance might be different ? Might require 1 or 3 approvals.
