Multiple Approvers / Approval Rejected

Hi

A bit of background

I have built a flow so that when a Microsoft Form is submitted, it needs to be approved before the data is entered into an excel sheet. They would like the approvals in order, rather than all 3 at once, so I built the following flow, where if the first approves, it then amends the spreadsheet and goes to 2nd approver. Is there a better way to achieve this?

Also, for the test one, even though the approver pressed approve and the word "Approve" was received by the flow, it rejected it?

Many thanks

Hi there.  So, if your approvals are linear, and each is only waiting for a single approval, then try this:

Changing your criteria to look at the "Outcome" vs. "Repsonses" will alleviate the Apply to Each loop as there will only be a single outcome for each approval.  This should also get the correct behavior when the approver clicks the "Approve" option.

Keep us posted.
