Multiple Email variations based on Forms responses in Flow

I couldn't quite find this use case and how to best build.

I'm trying to use Forms + Flow + Outlook to send emails to the proper support group and CC regional leaders for awareness.

There are two fields that would have multiple outcomes based on response. Region and Technical Topic.

US + Tech 1 = Email Group 1

US + Tech 2 = Email Group 2

EMEA + Tech 1 = Email Group 3

EMEA + Tech 2 = Email Group 4

and so on. I actually have 5 regions and 6 Tech Topics- So 30 variations possible.

The body format containing the forms responses remains the same, only the email group that changes. I'm not a programmer so I'm looking for use of the Flow conditions and actions to accomplish.

What's the best way to approach?

thanks

Hi @Tig519,

Perhaps you can use the Switch to combine the region and technology and then send an email to the corresponding group.

Of course this is a relatively cumbersome creation process.

Please take a try.

Re: Multiple Email variations based on Forms responses in Flow

Thanks, this worked. The only thing that would have been niced is if it would cumulatively add the email from the first split to the email from the scond split so the Distro list was complete in the actual email sent. One thing I did find is if I duplicated names, the receiver only gets one email. So that's what I ended up doing- I bit more work, but I happy with the result.

Thanks all!
