Multiple Emails are sent when a new item is created

Hi all,

I am putting a flow together that is supposed to send one EMail to the Person that added the item to the list confirming the addition of the item.

At the moment, with the flow below, each time an item is added, the person in question gets an email also for all the previous items he added to the list. This shouldn't be. It should only be one Email reflecting the item that was last added by the person in question...

Many thanks for any help!

Re: Multiple Emails are sent when a new item is created

Hey @tupues

Instead of the Get Items action, use the Get item action and provide the ID from the When an Item is Created trigger output (you can find that in the dynamic selector itself)

And this will allow you to get rid of the filter array action as well. Just have the outlook email action.

Hope this Helps!
