Multiple File Uploads - Form to Email

Hi Team,

I have seen many videos on creating flows where the upload from a form is attached to an email as an attachment, HOWEVER, I have multiple questions in my form that require an upload and I wondered if there is any way I can create a flow where it gathers all the attachments from the form and attaches them to an email?

I am finding that I can only find videos onhow to upload one attachment or multiple from the same question.

I hope this makes sense. I have 4 questions that require file uploads.

Hi @AshleaLu ,

Check the flow I did if it is what you're looking for.

Use the json() expression and add the dynamic content of the upload fields from forms. (You can also use parse json action)

Use the expression union() to combine these jsons.

After that, add apply to each and select the outputs from the composed Union.

Sorry to be vague, but just to be clear I would select

1. when a new response is submitted

2. get response details

THEN go into the parse JSON?

Where you have written JSON 'FIeld Name' is that what my question is on the form or I literally write JSON 'Field Name'

Yes, you're right. About the JSON 'Field Name' it is what your question in forms. You can use JSON expression or parse json for that. It is okay, don't worry I'm willing to help.

My questions in my form are quite long so it is hard for me to write the full question in, but I will.

I entered the field name however, it will not let me do the union, is this entered via data operation and expression? Or would I use the "join" option. If so, what would i put in the from and join with

Just use a compose action I just renamed it to Union to understand it. Add the union expression like this one:

Here is the snippet of the expression
union(union(union(outputs('JSON_1'),outputs('JSON_2')),outputs('JSON_3')),outputs('JSON_4'))

Try to hit ok again, it sometimes happen but the expression is correct.

The last part, what type of variable is it that I am using? Which action? Set Variable? Initialize? It wont let me initialize.

You should initialize a variable first then use it in append to array.
