Multiple Flow approvers - Condition

I created a Flow that goes to 3 people in parallel after a new SP list item is created and all must approve.

The SP list is update under Approved by: after each user approves.

Currently I have the Status changed to Partial on each approver after they approve. Not sure if this is the correct field to change after each approval.

What I need next it to change the Status to Approved after all 3 have approved or to Rejected if 1 approver rejects.

How can I setup a count after each approver and have the status switched to approved after it reaches 3?

After all 3 approve an email is sent to AcctPayable.

If rejected by anyone an email is sent to the requestor.

The image below is what I currently and works to update the SP list with each approval.

Hi @Glenbo66 ,

You can have a flag for capturing the approval.

Approver 1 approvers - Flag value 1

Approver 2 approvers - Flag value 2

Approver 3 approvers -  Flag value 3

If any of the approvers rejects make the Flag value 0

With every update check if Flag value is 3 or 0. If 3 fully approved. If 0 rejected by someone

Still a little new to this and not sure where I would add those value.

See attachment below.

Thanks,

In the condition check the response from the Approver. In the list create a column for internal processing add the Flag values in that column.

I am still stuck. I added a column to the list and added the value of 1 on each approved when they approve.

I am not sure how to configure the Condition.

@Glenbo66

When 1st approver approvers 0+1= 1

When 2nd approver approvers 1+1 = 2

When 3rd approver approvers  2+1= 3

If any of the approvers rejects make it 0

The approval was sent out to three people at once so I have no idea who’s going to approve it first second or third. I understand the concept you’re trying to give me but I’m not sure how to apply it to the condition since I’ve never done that before

@Glenbo66

With every approval simply use the Sum(columnvalue, 1) and on Reject directly make it some other value other than 1,2,3. So with every update you will be able to check if 3 fully approved if 0||5 Rejected.
