Multiple Outlook Emails Depending on Form Response

Good Morning Everyone!

I am currently working on streamlining my companies onboarding and system access requests. We currently send a bunch of emails out to different departments which causes some steps to get missed or information to get lost or discarded. I've built out a form and created most of the basic flows. I'm now to the IT department email where I need different access depending on what is selected in response 1 on my Microsoft Form. I can't figure out how to create a flow that will look for that info and then send the correct email with the correct access requests. Does anyone know how to build out a flow, that’s linked to forms and will send different outlook emails depending on the response?

I’m the definition of beginner and step by step instructions are most definitely my best friend. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Hi @ lashandramudd,

Could you please share more details about the Form?

Do you want to send emails to different recipients based on different responses?

I have created a question Form as below:

1.png

When an response is submitted, if the answer of the Hobbies is “reading”, I want to send the email to Test1, if the answer of the Hobbies is “sleeping”, I want to send the email to Test2.

I have created a flow as below:

2.png

Steps under the “Get response details”:

  1. Add a Condition, then add a “Send an email” action inside the If yes branch of the Condition.
  2. Add a parallel branch and choose add a condition, then you could add a “Send an email 2” action inside the If yes branch of the Condition.

3.png

      3. You could add more branch as you needs.

When an response is submitted, if the answer of the Hobbies is “reading”, the flow would run successfully as below to send the email to Test1 as screenshot below:
