Need Help with Do Until Loop

Hi all,

I'm creating a do until loop that will email a user once a day to remind them of a task. Once the task is marked as complete in sharepoint, I want the loop to end. Currently, it'll just send the first email and then stop. Here is my flow:

If anyone could help, that would be awesome!

Thanks

I think you should be using a Schedule Trigger. Then run Flow once a day.

  • Get Items where Task is not completed.
  • Loop through all the items, prepare the email and Send it.

Sorry, it's based on when a new line is added to a sharepoint page.

It's for tracking new users, so a new user is added there and then the flow triggers and reminds HR to prepare certain documents. Once it is complete, they select that it's done and the flow ends. Unfortunately, I don't think a schedule trigger will work.

Ok thanks for clarifying. It wasn't mentioned in the original post.

So in order to remind HR to complete certain task, You can use an Approval action to assign a card. Once User completes the task, they can complete the approval card action and you can close the flow.
