Need Help with Flow to send an email to certain people if a columun is created or mofified in SharePoint List

(DISCLAIMER: I have never blogged and don't use social media, so I have never posted anything.  As is obvious from my initial post) I am in need of help to create a flow - I get options to choose a value and the list values are for the actual columns.

My goal –

  • I have a SharePoint List that I need to filter on only one (1) column (for now).
  • If the column includes three (3) specific names (any or all).
  • Send an email to the name/s.
  • My column is called Action Operators.
  • We can pretend the name is my own.
  •

** I already see that if this is accomplished, there will be a request to add the actual assigned request. For example: The Flow is to email the Action Operator, but I am sure the AO will want to know what has been assigned.

Hi @kr6955,

You can following this step to set your condition:

Name(the column you stored in names) contains Name1 or Name2 or Name3.

 - If it is true, send email.

looks like you did not finish your question, so i suspect there is more to the question? some screenshot will also help.

You can use trigger when item is created or modified.

You can include people's email or dynamic data in the to feed of the send email (v2) action.
