Need an exact match on a condition that contains text

I need to update file properties whenever a filename contains "contract signed" or a case-insensitive variant thereof.

So I did NAME contains "contract" and NAME contains "signed" (b/c people will name things all kinds of weird ways, like "Daniel ContrAct today SIGNED".

The problem I'm running into is that it's also picking up where they name it "contract unsigned", because we do also keep contracts drafts on file.

How do I skirt the case sensitivity and also make it look only for signed, not unsigned?

@Drogon

Are you using the ODATA filter or array filter?  You need to add the following:

AND Name not contains unsigned
