Hi All,
I need an idea on, how to generate a monthly Excel report from my outlook Inbox for the tickets received,
On Condition If my Email Subject has a string "Book" or "Booked" and has a July month date, then, copy the ticket reference starting with "CRQ" and the start and end date mentioned in the mail subject please? as Most of the tracking cases will be done like when a new email arrives, but I need to generate a report from the emails which I have already received
Any solutions, please?
FW: *Book* CRQ000001144185 - C10/223344 - 15/07/22 19:00GMT - 16/07/22 05:00 GMT for Site closure Project.

I mean, ideally you're here after trying something already ... what have you tried?
There's a Get emails action you could try by also including CRQ in the Subject filter ...
My advice is to not create an excel spreadsheet report, @RameshKumarE 😉
Feed this into a SharePoint list, and develop different views for the data so that it's always up to date, that way whenever anyone needs the latest information they can look at either the list view, or a SharePoint page with that information on it.
Remember, too, that you can cache that information on a tab in Teams, too. So that someone can literally flip to another tab to get the latest information on a given thing.
@eliotcole thanks for your advice, sure will create it in a SharePoint list.

Sorry for the late reply, Thank you for the Input "Get emails action".
Trying with it now, able to get what I need, but receiving a slightly different output. though I'm getting different outputs, playing now again and again with different inputs to see how outputs vary.
Thanks again.
