Need correct syntax to update lookup column property using HTTP Request to SharePoint

I have a Flow that successfully creates a document set in a SharePoint document library.  Now I need to update the properties of this document set.  I have successfully updated text or number columns but struggle with the correct syntax in the JSON part for updating a lookup column that points to the title column in another list.  It would be great if anyone can give an example or just point to an existing resource that clarifies this.

Just to be clear, only after the correct syntax for the "body" section of the Sent and HTTP Request to SharePoint action. Everything else works ok.

This looks promising.  I will give it a try later and update on progress.

Thanks so far. Andre
