Need help how to proceed with a Multiple Choice flow

A user can choose from a multiselect field, any combination of: TeamA, TeamB, TeamC, TeamD, TeamE, TeamF, TeamG

The flow will run with each update, however not complete until all of the selected teams statuses = either Completed or Late

 

For example, a user selects: TeamA, TeamD, and TeamF, TeamG

 

Over the period of 2 weeks, the teams work the task assignment, and one by one the status fields are updated to:

TeamA Status = Late

TeamD Status = Complete

TeamF Status = Late

TeamG Status = Complete

 

After all of the selected teams have completed their assignments, then

 

Send an email

How do I do this in power automate?

Hi @Portland,

 

You could create a Do-Until action to check each Team's status, if their status all are Late or Complete, end the Do-Until loop, then send the email.

To mark the number of met condition team, we could initialize an integer variable to store it. For example:
