Need help on a flow that keeps improperly looping

I have a use case where I need to review a SP list for items that are missing attachments on a scheduled basis. I've built my flow to execute 1X week > Get Items from SP list > Initialize varBody > Set varBody> Apply my condition > If Yes > Create Item.

This flow executes but the output (email) has multiple varBody messages in the created item. Please see below for more information.

Could you specify what you want to achieve? Do you want to send a single email for each varBody? Or a single email for each recipient with all items?

Hey there,

I might be going about this the wrong way but my goal is to send a single email with the varBody that is unique to that list item. I.e. if the attachment condition is met for item 1 then send an email to the recipients (person/group column) of item 1 with the varBody associated with item 1. Then loop through the rest of the list until/if it finds another item that meets the attachment condition and repeat the email/outcome.
