Hi @Bunl82,
Could you tell me whether to upload it as an attachment in the channel or upload it in the column "File" directly please.

I load the file (word doc) into "folder id". When I load the file in, I would like it to trigger an approval flow to upper managment, which is indicated by "Lee Bun" below. This part works fine and I get the email. However the "file path" (link) to the file doesnt seem to work.
Im not sure what I need to do next. Ive looked for days and cant figure it out.
Hi @Bunl82,
You can try to configure your flow as I did, and the trigger you need to add is changed to "when a file is created (properties only)", then add the action "Create sharing link for a file or folder".
Append the sharing link into the item link.
You can have a try. If there is any problem, please contact us.

Thanks for sharing that! Obviously what you posted worked. However how do I go about once its approved, it moves from one folder into another.
I was able to use this from a template, but the link to the file doesnt work...? or maybe I didnt create link...
Hi @Bunl82,
You should add the action "create a share link for a file", and use the dynamic content "Sharing Link" to append the item link blank.

I tried that too... however in the "create sharing link for file or folder" section I dont have a dynamic selection for "item id" any thoughts or recommendations on that?
Hi @Bunl82,
You need to choose the action marked by the red box, not the "when the item is created".
Please have a try again.
