Need help with an expression that will override users that cannot be found in Azure

My Flow I have created, grabs data from one list and creates a new item in another list.  At the moment we are in a test evironment which has some users who are no longer held within our estate.  Problem is this stops the flow from working on some items although it works for items where that person still works for the business  (Bad Request error).  I need an expression that will ignor the user if they cannot be found and still create the item with the rest of the information it is pulling from the first list without affecting items created for those that still work in the busienss.  Below is the example of the flow.  Many Thanks

I should also add this image of what happens when there is a bad request.  Doesnt pull any data.
