Need help with figuring the logic for Multiple conditions on a multiple records for the same requester

Hi All,

I need help on figuring out logic for below requirement I have a sharepoint list , which has few records with below columns Requestor Status ( Active/Inactive)

1st Approver

2nd Approver

2. My PowerAutomate will be looking for the condition on above table conditions and want to send an summary email to requestor with all of his records.

3. I am able to get this worked with one condition with described in this video , but when I have three conditions using if it is looping through the items sending each email when it loops. Any help or guidance will be appreciated.
