Nested apply to each from multiple choice columns! - Do I need this?

Hello,

I have a SharePoint list with an advanced form with multiple choice columns on it.

I've noticed when using the "Populate a Microsoft Word template" action, when selecting the fields I want to apply the Choice values to, an Apply to Each action is added for each one. I've roughly got 28-30 choice columns, so I know that there's going to be the same amount of Apply to Each actions.

Will this pose any risks to processing this workflow? I'm gathering any remaining actions will need to sit in under the final Apply to Each container rather than outisde the first one and in the main flow container?

Would just appreciate some advice on how to proceed with this one?

Hi @sudosaurus

You should store all the selected choice column values inside string variables, and them pass all of them to the word document. Have a look at this example, where there's a choice column with multiple values called Region:

You can do the same for all choice columns in parallel actions to make the flow faster.

Hope it helps!
